EP852
The EP852 is an encryption device which allows the encryption and decryption of “off-line” files and directories from a computer to which it is connected.
When a communications infrastructure which allows the secure information exchange is not available, an EP852 might be used.
With the EP852, messages and files can be encrypted and then these can be sent securely by email or other means of transmission.
This device, in its CONFIDENTIAL version, is approved to manage national classified information up to this level.
It can also be used to protect NATO classified information up to NATO CONFIDENTIAL level, and EU classified information up to level CONFIDENTIAL UE/EU CONFIDENTIAL, in National classified systems.
It also allows the storage of the encrypted files for their transportation, with a 32Gbytes standard storage capacity. Several capacities are available.

Configuration
- The connection is compatible with USB 2.0 HS ports and it operates in computers with Windows 8.x, Windows 10 and Windows 11 operating system, without the need to install any driver.
- Other previous Windows versions require previous installation of a proper driver.
- Control application it is not required to be installed in the computer, since the device is automatically recognized and, at user request, it downloads the application in the computer.

The EP852 is an encryption device which allows the encryption and decryption of files and directories from a computer with USB port. With the EP852, it is possible to encrypt messages and files that you will be able to send securely through unsecured means.
